Information for orders

• What is the minimum order? The minimum order is 4 bundles (8 sachets per bundle), which is 32 sachets. We supply our frozen sachets in handy bundles of 8, so you can easily tailor make and pick your own order by ordering only 4 bundles! Or you can order our own handy bundles of the smoothies or shakes!
• Is there a delivery charge? No all our orders include free Shipping!
• When can I expect my delivery? All deliveries are packed and sent out on a Thursday for delivery on Friday. Orders made before 12.00pm on Thursday will be delivered next day! For orders after 12pm on a Thursday this will then be processed for delivery for Friday next week!
• Do we ship everywhere in the UK? Currently we are only able to deliver to the mainland UK due to the nature of our frozen products we are sending out!
• Is there a returns policy? Due to the nature of the products being food, we are unable to accept returns. But if there is a problem with your order please do get in touch with us and we will be happy to sort this out!
